Return & Refund Policy
At Sullivan Outdoor, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted outdoor furniture tailored to the unique needs of our commercial clients. To ensure clarity and consistency, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
All Sales Final
All purchases are non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of our products and the made-to-order process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Sullivan Outdoor offers a 3-year limited warranty on all products. This warranty covers structural integrity and manufacturing defects under normal commercial use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper storage, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
To file a warranty claim, please contact your account representative or email us at info@sullivanfurniture.com with your purchase order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos. We will review the claim and, if approved, coordinate a repair or replacement at our discretion.
Shipping, Tariffs & Duties
Unless otherwise stated in your Purchase Order, the client is responsible for all shipping charges, tariffs, customs duties, taxes, and any additional logistics fees incurred during transit or delivery. These costs will be billed separately if not included in the initial invoice.
Freight Inspection & Claims
All orders are shipped from our designated warehouse unless otherwise specified. It is the client’s responsibility to inspect all freight upon delivery. Any damages or discrepancies must be noted at the time of delivery on the Bill of Lading and reported to us within 72 hours. Failure to do so may void any freight or damage claims.
